The Scorpions Baseball Club are one of the longest tenured Travel Programs in the country. Founded by Sal Lombardo in 1994, the Scorpions have grown into one of the most well-respected organizations of its type, nationwide. The Scorpions field both high school and youth teams from around the State of Florida and have affiliate programs in the Georgia Scorpions, Utah Scorpions, Midwest Scorpions, New England Scorpions and Scorpions - Great Lakes.
The Scorpions chief and stated goal is to positively affect the lives of its players both on and off the field. The Scorpions have a rich history of high-level players who moved on in both the collegiate and professional ranks but are most proud of all the alumni who have succeeded beyond the diamond.
The Scorpions Baseball Club is owned and operated by Robert "Coach" Rikeman.
